1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CNW BioConsulting Service website (cnwbioconsulting.com) and the consulting services provided by CNW BioConsulting Service, based in Austin, Texas. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services CNW BioConsulting Service provides expert scientific consulting in food safety, applied microbiology, functional food development, and related fields. All services are provided based on a mutually agreed scope of work outlined in a formal consulting agreement signed prior to commencement of any project.

3. Consulting Agreements All consulting engagements require a signed consulting agreement before work begins. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees will be clearly defined in that agreement. CNW BioConsulting reserves the right to decline any project at its discretion.

4. Payment Terms Payment terms will be specified in the individual consulting agreement. CNW BioConsulting reserves the right to pause or discontinue services in the event of non-payment.

5. Intellectual Property All reports, documents, findings, and materials produced by CNW BioConsulting remain the intellectual property of CNW BioConsulting until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the consulting agreement.

6. Confidentiality CNW BioConsulting treats all client information as strictly confidential and will not disclose proprietary information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law

7. Limitation of Liability CNW BioConsulting provides services based on current scientific knowledge and best professional practices. We are not liable for decisions made by clients based on our recommendations, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
