Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 14, 2026

1. Introduction CNW BioConsulting Service is committed to delivering high-quality scientific consulting services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed.

2. Consulting Services All consulting engagements are governed by a signed consulting agreement that outlines the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Due to the nature of professional scientific consulting services, the following refund terms apply:

Deposits:

  • Deposits paid to initiate a consulting project are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • If CNW BioConsulting is unable to begin the project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, the full deposit will be refunded.

Project Fees:

  • Fees for completed work or deliverables already submitted are non-refundable.

  • If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, fees will be charged proportionally based on work completed at the time of cancellation.

  • If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, a full refund minus any administrative fees will be issued.

3. Training & Education Services For training programs, workshops, or educational sessions:

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the scheduled session will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled session are non-refundable.

  • If CNW BioConsulting cancels a session, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Online Courses & Digital Products

  • Due to the digital nature of online courses and downloadable materials, all sales are final once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded.

  • Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis if there is a technical issue preventing access to purchased content. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Description of the service purchased

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for refund request

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval and returned via the original payment method.

6. Disputes If you are unsatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any dispute. We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and fairly.

7. Changes to This Policy CNW BioConsulting reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

8. Governing Law This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
